Orbit is a referral and rewards service that matches new patients with verified partner dental clinics in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Orbit is not a dental clinic and does not provide dental or medical care.

- Information you give us - your name, phone number, and email address when you submit our form or contact us, and any details you share during a call or text (for example, your dental insurance provider, coverage type, preferred clinic, and reward choice).
- Communications - records of the calls and text messages between you and Orbit (including recordings and transcripts of calls with our scheduling assistant), used to qualify your visit, book your appointment, and improve our service.
- Automatically collected - basic technical and usage data such as your IP address, device and browser type, and pages viewed, collected through standard web technologies.
2. How we use your information
- Match you with a verified partner dental clinic and help you book a new-patient visit.
- Contact you by phone call and text message about your reward and appointment.
- Provide an estimate of your insurance coverage and any out-of-pocket cost.
- Determine reward eligibility and arrange delivery of your reward.
- Operate, secure, and improve our website and service, and meet legal obligations.
3. SMS and call communications
By submitting your phone number, you consent to receive recurring automated and live phone calls and SMS text messages from Orbit about your reward and appointment, at the number you provide. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply.
