Terms & Reward Conditions

These Terms govern your use of the Orbit Dental website and rewards program (the “Service”). By submitting your information or participating, you agree to these Terms.
1. What Orbit is
Orbit is a referral and rewards service that matches new patients with verified partner dental clinics in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area. Orbit is not a dental clinic and does not provide dental, medical, or insurance advice. All care is provided by the independent partner clinic you choose. Information on this site is general and is not a substitute for professional advice.
2. Eligibility
- You must be 18 years of age or older.
- The reward is for new patients completing a qualifying new-patient visit at a verified Orbit partner clinic.
- The Service is offered in the Toronto / Greater Toronto Area.
3. Reward conditions
To earn your reward, you must complete a qualifying new-patient visit - a comprehensive exam, x-rays, and a hygiene cleaning - at your chosen partner clinic. A qualifying visit includes the following procedures: 01103, 02115, 02144, 02601, 11107, 11113, 12113.
- The reward is your choice of a pair of AirPods 4 or a $150 gift card.
- The reward is provided by Orbit, not by the dental office.
- Your reward is sent within 1–2 weeks after the clinic confirms your visit is complete and the insurance payment has been received.
- If you do not complete all of the qualifying procedures, you may still be eligible for an alternative reward at Orbit’s discretion.
- Limit one reward per person. Rewards have no cash value beyond the gift-card option and are non-transferable.
- Rewards are offered on a first-come, first-served basis while supplies last.
- The offer is valid until December 31, 2026. Orbit may modify, suspend, or end the program, or substitute a reward of equal or greater value, at any time.
4. Communications
By providing your phone number you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from Orbit about your reward and appointment. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Acceptable use
You agree to provide accurate information, to use the Service only for its intended purpose, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
6. No warranties
The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Orbit does not guarantee any particular dental outcome, insurance coverage amount, or appointment availability, all of which depend on the independent clinic and your insurer.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or your visit to a partner clinic. Your relationship for dental care is solely with the clinic that treats you.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date above reflects the current version.
